CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Construction Project Management is essential for project development.  It’s through this process that out client’s visions become reality.  From conception to completion, there are always various risk factors and unforeseen conditions that will require discussion and possible mitigation to maintain a project schedule.  At LA Construction Concept, we utilize unmatched Project Management techniques that advance the project forward, while maintaining budget and schedule to protect our client’s investment.  During the construction phase, LA Construction Concept manages the construction administration process to ensure that all stakeholders execute their scope of work as intended and perform their contractual duties related to safety, quality, budget and schedule.

LA Construction Concept leads with cross-functional experience, which prompts the daily involvement and coordination between contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, designers, owners and any other required team members. We accomplish this by scheduling weekly construction meetings, during which we address all outstanding RFI’s, field condition issues and track equipment lead times.  Furthermore, we examine feasible options to avoid or minimize change orders and review the two-week future schedule forecast.  At these weekly construction meetings, all team members have an opportunity to identify, discuss and resolve outstanding challenges within their respective trade. LA Construction Concept communicates as a team to maintain a proactive approach and to ensure all parties have the same information— ultimately attaining project success.
